this is the special edition cover for the album 'pressure the hinges' by 'haste the day'. it is designed to grab peoples attention and look interesting. i saw this design when i first came across the band and heard there music. the design uses 3 different fonts. one is very intricate and slightly hard to read, another is big and bold which stands out, and a the last font is smaller than the others because it doesn't matter as much. the type is all centered with the image. the artwork is very complex, and nice to look at.it looks a lot like it has been drawn with pencil (so it only uses 2 colours) which gives it a rough sort of feel. the design is interesting and original, and i really like the textures used and the way it pulls your eyes to follow the bird downwards.
